Booking a Tour
The preferred method of payment is via Visa or Mastercard using our payment form, which directs funds straight to our account. [Payment Form]
Payment Policy
A 30% deposit of the total cost is required when making a booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the start of your tour program. If you book within 45 days of departure, the full amount must be paid upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Since our suppliers impose cancellation fees, these will be passed on to us as well. Reservations that are canceled, have their length of stay reduced or have fewer occupants are subject to cancellation and no-show fees. The cancellation fee scale is as follows:
- 35% if canceled between 45 and 35 days before arrival
- 50% if canceled between 34 and 15 days before arrival
- 100% if canceled 14 days or less prior to arrival
Since customer service is very important to us, we always strive to refund the entire 100% of the deposit amount!
