Experience an unforgettable 2-day wildlife safari to the renowned Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary and Ngutuni Game Sanctuary, located adjacent to Tsavo East National Park. This safari combines exceptional game viewing with a stay at the world-famous Salt Lick Safari Lodge, one of Kenya’s most photographed safari lodges. Enjoy close encounters with elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and numerous bird species while exploring two wildlife-rich private conservancies that offer a more exclusive safari experience away from the crowds.
Pick up from your beach hotel in Mombasa, Diani, Watamu, or Malindi early in the morning and drive towards the Taita Hills region.
Arrive at Ngutuni Game Sanctuary in time for a game drive. The sanctuary borders Tsavo East National Park and is home to elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, and a variety of bird species.
Enjoy lunch before proceeding to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary and checking in at the famous Salt Lick Safari Lodge. Later, embark on an afternoon game drive through the sanctuary in search of wildlife before returning to the lodge for dinner.
Spend the evening watching animals visit the floodlit waterhole directly beneath the lodge.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive, the best time to spot wildlife as the animals become active before sunrise.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and enjoy one final game drive through the sanctuary, offering additional opportunities to photograph elephants, giraffes, zebras, and predators.
After check-out, begin your journey back to Mombasa, Diani, Watamu, or Malindi, arriving in the late afternoon.
