Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or airport before travelling to Tsavo East National Park. Enjoy your first game drive through Kenya's largest national park, renowned for its vast open plains and famous red elephants. Look out for lions, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, gazelles, waterbucks, impalas, and numerous bird species. Arrive at your lodge or camp around 1:00 PM for check-in and lunch. After a short rest, continue with an afternoon game drive, including a visit to Mudanda Rock, a massive natural rock formation overlooking a waterhole that attracts a variety of wildlife. After breakfast, depart for Mzima Springs, where crystal-clear water flows from the Chyulu Hills lava fields, creating a beautiful oasis inhabited by hippos, crocodiles, fish, and abundant birdlife. Continue through the dramatic Shetani Lava Flow before travelling to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Later, enjoy an afternoon game drive beneath the magnificent backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, searching for elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and numerous other wildlife species. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive through the sanctuary, renowned for its elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, impalas, warthogs, and rich birdlife.
