Your driver will collect you from your hotel in Watamu and transfer you to the Bio-Ken Snake Farm.
Guided Tour of Bio-Ken Snake Farm
Upon arrival, meet your professional guide and begin an informative tour of one of Kenya's leading snake conservation centres.
Learn about the different species of snakes found throughout Kenya, including some of Africa's most venomous reptiles such as the black mamba, green mamba, cobras, puff adders, and vipers.
Your guide will explain how snake venom is carefully collected and used in the production of life-saving antivenom, as well as the important conservation work carried out by the centre.
You'll also hear fascinating facts, myths, and legends surrounding snakes while learning how to identify different species and what to do if you encounter one in the wild.
After the tour, return to your hotel in Watamu.
