Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport early in the morning and depart for Amboseli National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. After some relaxation, head out on an afternoon game drive. Amboseli is renowned for its large elephant herds, abundant wildlife, and breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast, when wildlife is most active and Mount Kilimanjaro is often at its clearest. After breakfast, depart for Tsavo West National Park. Visit the spectacular Shetani Lava Flow and the famous Mzima Springs, where hippos and crocodiles can be viewed from the underwater observation chamber. Continue with an afternoon game drive, including a visit to the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary, home to the endangered black rhino.
